Remove product from google

Hello

I have run my site for a year. Most of time i publish product to my website with difference title, other part almost same.
On October 2022 google update spam and my site get hit. I want to recover it but has too much product and i want to:


Remove all product from sitemap and de index all of them form google

Clean product tag and make a site map, index only tag

I have done remove 28k tags and keep only 5k. I have not remove product yet, anyone thing this is good or bad strategy. Any way else i can do to recover.

if you add noindex to each product's URL and add those URLs to the sitemap and then resubmit the sitemap to GSC I think they will be removed automatically after some time.

This being said, I don't think it's a good idea to de-index 100s / 1000s of products when indexing is so hard nowadays. Better let them stay indexed and just fix what the google update has broken

Thanks, there any way to make it better, because all of my product just have title and so many product there so i cannot know anyway to recover
