    Hello,

I had a website that I was the owner, but not have access anymore, but this site is appearing on google search and have a content that still ranking, that is a way to remove it from google search results? I tried google removal tool but they denied my request alleging that content was not infringing google policy. Any ideas?

If you are no longer the owner, and don't have access to it, you will not be able to remove it - no way, not ever! Think about it...If there was a way, anyone could have any page/site removed.

So the only way is to hack and update/remove the page, or can I create more content in another site and try to rank it?

this is a logical approach. if you were responsible for it's previous backlinks then you can certainly out perform it. :D
