Hmm. Honestly I would get rid of the not common sense. Because when people look at this world like they're zombies, I'm sure It's terrable for the smart people :)
 
corruption.. it's terribly erosive and has significant impacts on the average person. it affects just about every facet of life. without it many of the things folks have mentioned will be more-readily addressed imo.
 
I feel like some of these would have bad knock on effects if removed.

I'd say remove the violation of right to life is probably the best way to go around it.

Imagine that, you could even be homeless knowing full well no one would do shit to you.
