If you find a way, I would like to know also. I tried contacting google using the form but have heard nothing back. Tried twice over the last 6 weeks.

As per my experience it's really hard to remove negative reviews.....in fact it's impossible.

Your experience must be extremely limited as this is pretty common for good ORM companies.
