remove LIKES made by BANNED users

I don't necessarily agree that all likes from banned users should be removed.

Firstly, who buys based on the number of likes? I sure don't...

Secondly (and more importantly), if a seller was buying likes/reviews, then we shouldn't just remove the fake likes/reviews, we should ban the seller.
