Remove footer links from WP theme

Gt a theme that has some footer links I just can't get rid of. If you can take them out let me know how much would it cost

I also need footer links removed. Using Thesis and a Thesis skin.
 
Hi,

I just downloaded a free wordpress template and I also get the same warning message when I try to delete and update the links in the footer.php. Can you share how to resolve this.
