I have an account with around 20-25k fake/ghost followers.

Does anyone know a tool or maybe service that can remove them without putting the account at risk?

I want to add to your post that you need to be extremely careful. Most plugins have built-in miners and clippers. Install only from trusted sources.

Tools may risk your account. Mostly go through the service not with the tool

there are services on platforms such as fiveer where they remove them for you
