i have a blog and the footer is encrypted with a code that can't be deleted.

there was a thread about manipulating a particular code and once done, you're able to remove it.

i can't seem to find it.

    any help?

    thanks in advance.

When I have an encrypted footer, (I hate them since I'm never sure what they are being used for), what I do is go to my main web page, right click and open the source page, copy the part of the html that shows up for the footer and past it into the footer file for my template...

Then the footer will look exactly the same, and I can change it to my hearts content without it doing anything that I can't understand or know about.

I've never had a problem with a template not working after I've done this, and if I were to come across one I would probably get a different template...

    Enjoy.
