Or if you have it in SQL you can just do a distinct.

you can do it with Notepad++:
navigate to TextFX/TextFX Tools, make sure "sort outputs only UNIQUE (at column) lines" is checked, hit Ctrl+A to select the entire document, then click "sort lines case sensitive (at column)" or "sort lines case insensitive (at column)"
that's all, duplicate lines (in this case numbers) are removed
