You cannot remove reviews. Only Amazon has control over this.

Hey OP, negative reviews can only be removed by Amazon itself. You can increase overall ratings by getting more positive reviews for the product. Or try reporting the negative reviews with appropriate reasons. Chances are low that it may help in removing them.
