Back your database up before you run any such plugin.

It worked! Deleted URLs: 340 (Amazon). I'm sure there is more than that. But every post I've checked so far is clear of Amazon links. 
What a great little plug-in. It's tiny too. Under 30KB. Perfect solution. Much appreciated. Now I'm off to re-submit the site in Webmaster Tools.
