Add 1-2 new admins to your fanpages, then delete the stolen fanpages. If that doesn't work, try to downgrade the stolen fanpages from admin to editor.

You can go to settings and set permissions to lower the other account's management rights, but if you can't lower the rights, there are 2 possibilities
1: you have been lowered the management rights
2: there is a problem with your page. You should email Facebook to handle this case

If you can't remove it from your page, lower admin rights on that account's page. If you really want to remove it from the page, add the page to BM and then use bm to completely delete the account. That's off the page
