Yes, I have access to everything, but I can't transfer the BM to another profile because the BM is blocked

Check the reason for the block in Security Center.
If possible, add another admin to help remove it.
Contact Meta Support with evidence (screenshots, company documents).
If it is due to verification, submit the documents and wait for them to process.
Do not use illegal services; if it cannot be restored, create a new transparent BM.

You can only work and use that functions when your BM alive. Meta have limited the right to do to minimalist.

If the BM is blocked and you are the only admin, you cannot leave it yourself or add a new admin. At this point, you need to check whether the restricted BM is still usable or permanently disabled. If there is still a Request Review button, send a protest. If the asset is still accessible, gradually move to another BM. If not, contact Meta Support for help removing or leaving the BM. If the BM is completely disabled, the only way is to remove it and create a new BM.

You can try adding a clean profile, but it likely won’t work.
Meta Support is your only shot contact them and explain the situation.
If that fails, best move is to ditch the BM and create a new one.
Happens a lot safer to not rely on a single admin going forward.

add it in other bm then try to remove it or create other bm then remove directly

If you’re the only admin and the BM is blocked, you can’t remove yourself or transfer it to another profile. The only option is to contact Meta Support and request a review, but if that fails, you’ll need to abandon that BM and start fresh with a new one.

So I usually use a secondary profile holding BM to run black, so I can throw everything away at any time

If you’re the only admin and can’t accept or remove the BM because it’s blocked, your options are limited. The best route is to contact Facebook Business Support directly and explain the situation they can sometimes reset or unblock the BM. Without their help, there’s no way to remove yourself or transfer admin rights if the BM is restricted. Acting quickly and providing proof of ownership is key.

a restricted BM cannot have new administrators added to it. To remove yourself from the BM, you need a few tricks; you can't remove yourself in the normal way.
