I have an instagram post I need to remove, spreading false information.

The account have 90k followers and verified, someone that can help?

In the post she is mentioning my personal name and more information.

You should immediately do two things on the post: click Options -> Report. Instagram allows you to report posts or profiles directly from that content. If the post is defamatory, use Instagram's Defamation Reporting Form to submit a removal request. Remember to take a screenshot and save the URL before reporting.

Report the post for false information or harassment from multiple accounts contact Instagram support directly if it has your real name consider legal advice.

Have you contacted Instagram support? I believe only they can help you. Other than that you can mass report the profile spreading false information about you.

Most normal option would be to just report to IG but I know some people on this forum are more 'skilled' and can get any post removed via mass spam or report.
 
Contact any agency that does Instagram Removals. They are able to contact the users that post that information and from that point on; you can have it removed. Not all the time it goes through; but it does. I believe there are some users in the BlackHatWorld Marketplace that offer this service.
