Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection does a pretty good job for accessing your VPS, but is there an alternative (like TeamViewer for example) that's faster and smoother? Have you guys tried any alternatives and found them to be better than Microsoft's solution?

In which way do you use TV? What it does better than RDC? Thank you in advance for your advice.

For the "faster and smoother" part, more ram and better infrasture solves this. The difference of speed and smoothness is night day between 1gig and 8gig of rams from my experience.

bomgar, splashtop or teamviewer. but teamviewer is better (imo) because setup is easy, it supports online meetings so multiple people can connect to one host, it has iphone app and its free. with bomgar u can also reboot remote computer without loosing connection after restart

Graphics, sound, speed are all better on TV, so overall experience with TV is better.

RDP is also not the safest way, that's why I prefer Team Viewer.
