Please tell me how to set up access on iOS/Android smartphones so that you can remotely control the device using a mouse and keyboard via a link in the browser

Tried airdroid or anydesk?

But these work best with Android
 
For remote control via browser link on Android, use AirDroid or Scrcpy + WebRTC server. On iOS, it's limited due to Apple restrictions. You can try AnyDesk, but full control (mouse/keyboard) via browser isn't possible without jailbreaking. Full browser-based remote is much easier on Android.
 
To remotely control a smartphone via browser with mouse and keyboard, you can use tools like AirDroid (Android) or AnyDesk (both iOS/Android).
  1. Install the app on the phone.
  2. Give it permission for remote access.
  3. Open the web link (like web.airdroid.com) on your browser.
  4. Log in and control the phone.
Note: Full remote control may be limited on iOS due to Apple restrictions.
