Does any know of a company where I can use a remote windows computer using remote desktop to run SEO tools.

Any windows vps or dedicated allows you to access the desktop remotely. Hostamus or xsserver are both decent options. You can find threads for both companies on this forum i think.

Try the Hostamus VPS. Very cheap and fast.
