Remote access to a server

How would I allow remote access to a server?

You need to provide more information. Was this server setup by you on a physical device? was it bought from somewhere? What part of the server you need to give access to? What kinds of permissions do you have on the server?

I set up vicidial using oracle and my home network I have an employee who needs to be able to log in and make outbound calls i'm the administrator so I can change any settings i need to I just dont know which ones to change I already clicked allow remote access also he lives across the world so it would be impossible for him to use my internet

Would I need the cloud extension and if so how would I install it?
