The amount of times I see newbies replying in the Hire a Freelancer section with something along the lines of: "You should look at Fiverr for this type of service", "Use Elance if you want articles" etc etc...
The freelancer section should only be posted in if you are able to do the work. Not for newbies trying to increase their post count by trying to be "Helpful"...
