Hi,

I hope I am not offtopic as a newbie here.
Simply put I am not US citizen but EU citizen.
What I need is paypal account without limit with attached card for paypal withdrawal.
I dont care about country just about this solution.
1. Is this possible at all?
2. What do you estimate is fair price?
