Relist my website from #10 to #3

Hi, One of my moneysites lost 7 positions (from #3-#10) in Google.com recently. I think because of uncareful linkbuilding such as large amout SAPE links. Looking for someone how can have a look at it and help me to get relisted in top #3.

Please note - I only looking for someone serious who REALLY knows about link profiling, link detoxing and such.

Willing to pay bonus if you get the site relisted in top #3.
