Reliable Windows VPS w/ RDP

I know their are VPS questions asked daily here. I tried searching but really didn't find anything that answered my question...

Does anyone know of a reliable Windows VPS? I need remote desktop as well. I currently have a dedicated server. I'm happy with it, but I'm just not utilizing it to the fullest right now. I'm thinking of downsizing to save some money and cut my bill in half or more.

I'm not looking to do any black hat with it. It has to be Windows because I'm running an ASP.NET application.

I've seen a lot of people say XSServer.eu is good, but they are mainly using them for scrapebox etc. The VPS needs to be reliable with good uptime because I'm going to be running multiple websites and mysql databases.

Any ideas? I'm based in the US.

all too often asking these questions here - you get people owning crappy hosting services trying to sell you something that turns out like shit.

already fallen for it myself - so go where this is more in focus cause I know how important uptime is.
