I'm looking for a reliable virtual card provider for Meta Ads and Google Ads. I've already tried a few different services, but I still haven't found one I'm happy with. Sooner or later, payment declines or other issues start showing up. What are you guys using these days?

You should probably check out pst.net or epn... they have specific bins for advertising that seem to hold up better. Most of the standard consumer vcc providers get burned super fast because everyone spams them on meta. Also make sure whatever you use has 3d secure support, google has been flagging cards without it lately. Flexcard is another one people use but their fees can be kinda high depending on your budget.
Pst and epn is not good as for Google as for FB. It's flagged

get a llc and get real bank cards for this

thats a sure way to go, or keep checking vcc sites to see which one works

yeah those hyped up ones like pst are mostly burned now because of the massive spam. if you want clean bins these days you have to look at platforms that require proper business kyc. wallester has been working well for our team lately, the bins arent totally abused yet. also you need to stop trying to use cheap no-kyc vccs because google instant-flags those anyway. just keep the billing address matching your setup and you should be fine.

Colonel Potter is spot on about GEO matching — that's the #1 rookie mistake. Card country, billing address, proxy, and ad account region all need to align or you're asking for a flag.
A few more things from my experience running Meta ads for African GEOs:
1. Don't put all spend on one card. Spread across 2-3 cards per ad account. If one gets declined, the account doesn't go into payment failure mode which can trigger a review of everything on it.
2. Warm up new cards slowly. Don't load a fresh VCC and immediately set a $500/day budget. Start with $20-30/day for the first 3-4 days, then ramp. Meta's payment system flags sudden high charges on new payment methods.
3. Keep a backup payment method always. If your primary card gets declined and you have no backup, Meta pauses all campaigns and sometimes triggers an account review. Having a second card ready means the system auto-falls back without disrupting your campaigns.
4. Avoid cards with low authorization rates. Some cheap VCC providers have 60-70% auth rates — meaning 1 in 3 charges fails. Those repeated declines absolutely destroy your payment trust score with Meta/Google.
The real long-term play is getting a business bank account with a proper debit card from a neobank. More expensive upfront but the authorization rates are 99%+ and you never deal with BIN burning.
