RELIABLE SOCKS 4 PROXY List

I'm curious are there any services out there that provide a list of reliable proxy services similar to that of hxxp://uniqueinternetservices.com/

They provide socks 5 proxies at a monthly fee. But no socks 4.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm getting tired of downloading free lists only to find they dont work.

Why do you want Socks4 instead of 5?

I have a home grown app that'll only interface with socks 4 proxies. Thats why i need a reliable list of them.

I guess no one knows a good source.
