Reliable SMS provider for Telegram accounts?

I am looking for a reliable SMS provider for creating Telegram accounts.

5SIM is out of cards for Telegram all the time, not sure why and I quit SMSpva a while ago.

Any other suggestions? (please recommend those that you know have the stock, or at least are not "fake stock" as most these companies list numbers they don't possess)

Smspva still working good. Just tested for few accounts last week and all still active.
