RELIABLE Script coder Required

After being let down on this very forum, Im looking for someone to undertake a project for me;

You will be scraping URLs from an RSS Feed
Your app will then scrape email addresses from the URLs
Your app will send an email to the email addresses

In addition you will support re-captcha and proxies

App will be desktop based.
