RELIABLE PROXY FOR CL And Other Question

I'm looking to find/buy proxies that work with CL 100%
in the USA

I recently bought cloakfish proxies
and for some reason i get shadow flagged
I know it's not the PVA cause i used my iphone to post with it and it didn't get flagged. Anyone have an idea why this is going on?
