I've been running AdMaven alongside my main setup—their fill rate is basically 100% so you never miss a cent. You running Tier 1 or global traffic?
 
you can try microsoft advertising. it often has lower CPC and still brings good conversions.
 
I mostly use Google AdSense, Media.net, and PropellerAds, they pay on time usually. Some small ones can be risky, so stick with big names, keep traffic legit, and payouts are fine.

I have personally tried Media.net, and it worked quiet well for ads the ad quality felt close to adsense, specially for content based websites.
 
media.net gets recommended a lot for autoblogs and yeah the payouts are fine, but i'd push back on the "hassle-free" part of your setup because autoblogs specifically tend to trip their content quality filters, got hit with a 45 day hold on about $800 once because their system flagged my sites as thin content after approval. propellerads handled my same traffic no problem and actually cleared faster, so maybe run both and see which sticks before going all-in on one
 
Google Ads is pretty solid, and you can try Bing Ads too. There’s also PropellerAds and Media.net that pay reliably. Just make sure you follow their rules to avoid issues.
 
I’ve tested a couple of PPC networks over time. One thing I noticed is RPM can fluctuate a lot depending on niche and traffic quality. Some networks are more consistent with payments though, even if earnings aren’t always the highest.

If your goal is something hassle-free for autoblogs, I’d focus more on payment reliability than chasing the highest RPM.
 
Adsense still best for stability if your content is clean, but for autoblogs you can go with PropellerAds, Adsterra or Ezoic, easy approval and they usually pay on time without much headache.
