Yo whats up do any of you guys know a payment processor that:

1. accepts card payments

2. fully non kyc

3. pays in crypto

4. allows rebilling and changing the billing descriptor?

You need a high risk processor or a rental agency.
 
Almost every payment processor will agree to payout in crypto as you are selling replica you need to have a high risk payment gateways for your store or website for no Kyc you can go for rental service provider they ask for no documentation and charge some % per transection.
 
anyone promising fully non-kyc card processing is going to exit scam you sooner or later... visa and mastercard rules are way too strict for that to last. those rental agencies work for a bit but the moment your volume spikes they will lock the account and ask for docs anyway. better to just set up a proper offshore entity and do it the right way if you want to actually keep your funds.
 
@Colonel Potter is right about the exit scams. any gateway claiming fully non-kyc for cc procesing is just waiting for your balance to grow before they freeze everything and ghost... visa and mastercard track registration data way too closely for some random middleman to hide it long term. honestly if you try run rebills on a masked descriptor you will get flagged by the fraud filters pretty fast anyways.
