Reliable IP Redirect Script

I have a php script I coded myself that will detect where the user he located a redirect based on the location.

guys this is easy
I made one using freely available ip database on the web and putting the redirect code at the top of my php page. The use a header 301 to redirect the user based on country code. Works like a charm!
