Reliable EU based reseller hosting with WHMCS????

I somehow stumbled into business model that I have to get running as soon as possible. This isnt a throw away, churn and burn project. If it was, I would not be writing this post as google pulls up thousands of unknown hosting services with horrible reviews that I could use. I will not use Hostgator or Go daddy. It will not be used for spam or any blackhat or internet marketing stuff.

What I am looking for:

-It must be based in Europe, preferably on the continent. (though I won't say no to something based in the UK if it is an excellent service)

-It must be absolutely RELIABLE! Customers will be colleagues and business contacts from my "real life" job. My real world reputation would be on the line. "Sorry, too bad" is something I cannot say.

-I need WHMCS! I do not have the time to mess around and it needs to be as automated as possible as soon as possible. I would rather do something with 1 click instead of 20. I do not have weeks to set things up and screw them up, then fix it....rinse, repeat.

-Domain Reseller would be nice, but not required.

-Backups would be great.

I do NOT have time and energy to set up a VPS with WHMCS.
