Reliable backlink/DA/PA builder services?

Title says it all. Im looking for a reliable backlink/PA/DA builder service. I have a brand new site thats non existent. Cant seem to get someone that can get the job done. Its in the real estate niche. I have two people working on it right now, but no progress seems to be being made. I have made content personally. Does anyone have a recomendation for a reliable person/company? I cant keep throwing hundreds away at people that cant get the job done. All help is appreciated.

Sounds easy, however you got 2 people on it and sounds like your looking for it to rank instantly. Sounds like you have too high of expectations for a new business. Give them atleast 3-4 months and see how it looks before you throw anymore money into this. Theres also alot more too it. I think the question is how much work are you putting into it? 2 guys and a couple hundred isnt going to make magic happen like that.

are these 2 people your own staff or you outsourcing the work? what kind of seo experience do they have?

how long they 2 had worked over , plus which type of links they are making and they are getting indexed or not , these all questions matters onto SEO , you should have some knowledge so you can track them that they are doing right or wrong .

Appreciate your response. Yes, they have only been on it for about two weeks. I personally wrote 20 high quality articles for them to post so I guess Im just being impatient. Completely new to this. Just figured Id see at least some kind of action.

Appreciate your post. Do you have a place I an go to in order to learn about these things? Im very new to this. These guys have only been at work for a little under two weeks. I dont know exactly which kind of links they are dealing with, but I have a third company now that is doing a wiki link, edu links, and quora comments for me.

Under two weeks is too early to see results, do you know what kind of links the 2 people you hired are building?
 
You ask the service provider, give their list. Then you check them
