Reliable "Background Check" Affiliate Program?

Greetings BHW,

I'm in need of "Bacground Check" or "Prison Records" check for my niche.

I've looked through the old posts and have found any relatively new postings on Affiliate programs for "Background Checks" and/or "Criminal Records" lookup.

So, does anyone have any ideas for a reliable Affiliate that won't screw me on payouts?

I imagine that most of them will probably pay but I'm looking for as close to a sure thing as possible.

What say you BHW?
