Reliable BackConnect Proxy Service?

I was using a backconnect proxy service from a BHW user, but as of this post by user Dagreyon it looks as though the service is defunct.
This is the 2nd time I've had to go searching for a new provider after ProxyBandit closed his doors.

BHProxies smallest package is waaay more than I require.
Google turned up ProxyRotor but I tried them and they were poor quality.

Can anyone recommend a good provider?
