Relevant hashtags tool

Hello guys! I am trying to grow an instagram account in healthy niche, but the thing is that i'd like to promote a shop, but want to build only local audience from my country.
I live in Bulgaria and hashtags which i use has to be on cyrilic (russian, if that tells more), but i struggle to find a tool where i can enter one hashtag and generate similar tags, because of the cyrilic

I will be very very thankful, if you can share your experience with me, is there such tool which can help me or i have to do that on hand?
