Relevance comparison

Suppose my money page target keywords "best smartphone", then which PBN link provide the most relevance to money site:
1). PBN A - content target a specific smartphone like "iphone", then put a link with anchor text "best smartphone".
2). PBN B - content target the same keywords as the money page "best smartphone", then put a link with anchor text "best smartphone".

Any ideas?
