Release Date Of New TLD's

Does anyone know the actual release date and time of the new TLD's. Looked all over Google for an answer, but funny enough could not find and answer. I know you can pre apply at 1&1, not really interested in this as you are not guaranteed the domain.

All I know is that ICANN is a whore.

It is possible to register your own tld for much cheaper.



Though now that ICANN is making this widespread it may no longer be possible to acquire your own tld at an affordable price.

In fact, ICANN hasn't even registered some if not most of these new gTLDs.

It looks like it's going to be a while before we start seeing these new gTLDs.

Let the masses flock to this, diverts them away from all of the valuable .coms.
Just being honest.

I just saw an interview about .club on domainsherpa and they mention them being this year and being one of the first ones. It was a bit confusing as to when this year though bc they mentioned a few different dates. They also mentioned that many of the top 10 most reserved tlds were backed up because of bidding and things.

I can see there being some money to be made on these if you get in there quick enough, just can't get an answer anywhere about when they are actually released.
