Relaunching Expired Domain

Hi guys,

Bought an expired domain lately with few pages still indexed in Google. I successfully relaunched the domain with these pages.
I checked the backlinks and most of them point to old subdomains. Should I relaunch theses subdomains as single pages? or just Redirect 301 to the Root ?

if they bring traffic and money in, keep them! Otherwise redirect...

Redirect the old subdomains with 301 redirects to relevant pages on the root domain

Ok thanks. The thing is Wayback Machine does not have any snapshot of theses subs. I have no idea what they where about.

It looks like maybe the main site allowed partners or service providers to create their pages as subdomains.
