I'm looking for a VPS to host Interspire Email Marketer to try out a new SMTP provider. I already have Interspire, as well as the SMTP solution. What I need now is a place to host Interspire. I initially thought that I could still host it on a plain, old shared web server (someone got that to work for me once before), but crons would not run and mail would not send when I tried it.

So I ask, what do the hosting and/or self-hosted email professionals say on BHW?

Hey, I would be glad to help you out. We can even have a member of our staff fully setup and configure interspire for you so there won't be any issues with cronjobs etc.

Just one thing to consider when choosing a VPS with cPanel. It needs resources as well, so if you have a tool that actively uses 500 or 800MB of ram and you have a 1GB VPS consider how much cPanel needs to run as well. Same goes for CPU

Just something to keep in mind

If you are only going to host Interspire on that server, you don't necessarily need CPanel, or any other control panel. Shoot me a PM and I'll offer you a good, cheap VPS deal and preinstall everything, including Interspire, for you.
