that seoserp site looks fishy
but to answer your question, one might be exact match and one might be broad match. you generally want broad match for rankings.
try going to google and typing in your KW. don't put it in quotes. find your site, and see which of the two sources you used was correct. stick with that one.
serp is the same as organic rank. its just the results when you type something into google.

The SEOSERP tool you have used gives wrong results for many queries I tried. You better use Rank Checker addon from SEOBook.com - It gives more accurate results. Also SERP and Organic rankings are the same.

seoserp dose not provide the real serps ranking.i searched my one keyword in google and found the site in number 7 but this tool showed that in number 10.
