So what is more imoprta: To build 200 unrelated content backlinks or 15 related content ones?

I have ranked my sites with one tenth relevant backlinks (keyword in title of linking page) than my competitor with not so relevant backlinks. But the more important question is, what is easier to do.

Dont bother about being related. Just get as many backlinks as possible.

If your looking for related links, you wont get too many.

I want to live and see when Google will be some damn smart to figure out what a "related" link is....

You could pay someone to do you a hrefer scrape, say pr2+ blogs or forums etc

Can't see it costing to much for the list, more so for a small on around 10k

If you are into whitehat and authority, try to build as many bls from porn + casino pages as you can. Massive + non related will surely help you rank a diet page.
