i need a small help that is my phone number was linked with a facebook account but that is my friend account but now that account was disabbled .
but i want to add my number to my account but error will show you have conted with some account please remove my number from these ids

I have the same issue and I have to use another phone to verify my fb account. I am afraid of Facebook can find a connection between my fb account and the disable one.
