On product review sites, would it be better to add or remove the nofollow tag?
I see that it is common for websites to put the tag in the follow, but wouldn't this harm Google from analyzing where the link is leading and consequently harming SEO?
But how will Google's robot actually know that the link leads to the article's product? If it's follow, wouldn't that give some relevance to the article, since Google would understand where the link is leading and understand the context?
Use 'nofollow' or even 'sponsored' rel attributes. Google's clear about this: they want to know which links are paid to prevent manipulation of search results. Not marking them appropriately can bite you back with penalties.

In general , it is recommended to use nofollow or sponsored tags on affiliate links and this would maintain a healthy SEO Profile
and improves user trust..
For product reviews, it's okay to use the nofollow tag on links. This helps keep things balanced and avoids problems with how search engines analyze and rank your site.
