Rejected 3 Times! - Please Help Guys!

    Ok, I have 2 other products in Clickbank. I have sold 35 copies of both and not a single refund.

    I open a new account trying to sell an audio converter I made and they respond saying

    "this type of thing has too high a refund rate sorry"

    MEANWHILE there are a bunch of convertors in the marketplace. I call them out on this and they don't even adress my point. They just say "sorry".

    I am thinking of resubmitting it but offering a trial version that way the customer knows what there getting.

    I tried calling clickblank twice but both times they said "O are product specialist isn't here"

    Any advice guys?

    I have no experience with CB but I would keep calling until you get a hold of the product specialist, they can most likely tell you exactly what you need to do in order to make it pass.

    Reply to the sorry E-mail. Tell them that you offer great customer service and offer a free trial to new users.

    Ya they put me through to her voice mail twice and I very nicely asked if she could call me so we could talk about it but instead she emails me saying "sorry we reviewed your product again : the answer is still no"

    Talk about horrible customer service. I pay to put my past products up their, the least they can do is give me a straight answer

    Ya I would reply but its a "ticket system" and she closed the ticket, so I made a new one which got no response. I just emailed saying I will offer a trial (which is going to cost money out of my pocket to program) but will see what happens

    Sounds like they are going to keep blowing you off so next time you leave a message just talk dirty to her and get her excited to call you back. J/k, i hate dealing with them as well.
