What is the best way to promote Rehab PPC offer? Where should i promote the offer? It's just basically promoting thief number but what's the best way to promote it as I've heard it's against mostly network's policies.

It is not neccesarily agains the network policies but since 2018 they require Legit Script Certification which is difficult to obtain and generally speaking you will need to be actively contracted with an established facility who will let you work under theirs with your landing pages. Unclear on "thief number" but if you took over a listings phone number and redirected traffic, send me a DM.

Like I said on your previous thread, do Google ads. It has better rate.

Will post here as well, I have run google ads and the CPA is much lower than we are currently achieving with pay per call sources.

Google Ads, Facebook Ads, pay someone to hire some type of influencers, Youtubers for example.
