Regulatory Angle

There’s been a lot of talk lately about global regulations and how they might shape the next stage of crypto adoption. Markets are relatively calm today, but news around ETFs and tokenization could shift things quickly. Do you see regulation as more of a short-term risk or a long-term boost for credibility?

It is not in favor of crypto. But the good thing is that it is impossible to completely regulate crypto.

For my opinion sooner or later, every government is going to try and regulate crypto it's just inevitable. They want to control capital flow, collect taxes, and prevent illicit activities.

Basically, regulation is the painful but necessary process for crypto to mature from a niche wild west into a trusted part of the global financial system.

Regulation is coming everywhere, no way to stop it. Is it a risk? I dont think so.

The crypto market already went through a stress test when governments tried to ban digital assets outright and even restricted advertising on social media and across the internet during the ICO era. Stablecoins faced heavy pressure as well, with major banks unwilling to hold dollar reserves, and Tether even ended up in U.S. court.

Any government that continues to resist crypto adoption will only fall further behind. That’s why I no longer see regulation as a real risk.
