That's why I'm not a JR VIP member !! How many replays per day can I have in my Giveaway Thread or Normal Thread?

Can I reply to every message in normal time?

I don't think there is any limit on how many replies someone can get in a Giveaway/Normal Thread. I think it matters more what the replies are.
Example: If you get 10 replies to your giveaway thread, you should not quote every single reply and comment for each one "PM sent" or "Thank you". This would count as spam and is against the rules. What you can do however is multiquote all of them and then add a "PM sent" or "Thank you" in one single post.

Generally speaking what i would do is reply to a thread once a day by multiquoting all of the answers/requests you get from your thread. This way the thread will stay clean and it looks way more professional.

What you cannot do and how to get around it:

1. Promote your Sales thread more than once every 72 hours, this includes putting an advert or coupon style text underneath your response to a question or responding to an order confirmation.

In short you can not promote in any way your Sales Thread more than once every 72 hours.

2. You must not respond to individual order confirmations, try and group the responses together in one post or at the end of each day.

3. The same as 2 for answering questions, try and group as many as you can in one response. If you are seen to be responding to individual questions a lot in one day this will be seen as Bumping. You can avoid this by sending a PM to the customer who asked the question and then at the end of the day publicly respond to all the questions in one response.

4. Do not respond with "Thank You" use the thank you button for this.

@Heiko answered this. Just don't violate rule 3.5.

3.5 engaging in post count inflation by posting excessive amounts of short replies for the sole purpose of inflating your post count. This includes the infamous “thanks for the share.” . (If you’d like to say “thanks” to someone for their effort/contribution, make use of the Thanks button).
