When You submit web directory ,You select normally
1.Regular links free
or
2.Regular links with reciprocal


which one option should i choose ??/?//????
what do you think is the appropriate option.?

You should choose the "Regular links free" option. This is the best for you.

A one-way link is always preferential in my opinion.

1.Regular links free

You simply submit your link and you have nothing to do in return, which makes it a one way link. And these links have a higher effect then reciprocal links.

2.Regular links with reciprocal

You have to place a link back to the directory, which makes it a link exchange. The link is usually accepted faster.

Pretty obvious which option you should choose, The first.

I really think you can mix one way and double way links , Be unpredictable and you will see more results faster.. of course dont link back to crappy directories

Regular links are fine and if you want to link back to the directory then it's ok too but first option is obviously best ..
