Regular license themeforest - can it b used on Multiple sites?

If I buy a regular license theme from themeforest can I install it on multiple sites? I know it doen't require any key activation but is it legally allowed?? and can I distribute it to all my friends???

Regular license theme is only for one domain / one install

1. YES, one site per domain should be live in one Regular License.
For using the same theme on more than one live site per domain, you need to purchase Regular license for every new site per domain.

2. If the theme is used on first website for testing purpose then that same theme can also be used on second website for production. But make sure to completely uninstall and delete the theme from first website once the testing is done.

Most of the licence you get from any web company is always for one domain and one website.
If you have installed a theme in one website and you want to use it for a different website then you will either have to delete the the theme in the old website and then install in the new website. If you want to continue having the theme for both websites then you will have to purchase it.

Why would you bother yourself with this stuff. Just go ahead and use nulled theme. If your site get popular and make you some income they you can buy the theme otherwise its just putting your money in water
