Depends on how adventurous you are.

Karaboga.net and other bulletproof/anonymous hosters, registrars will make you VIRTUALLY invulnerable to copyright infringment.

Virtually, because if they really become serious in taking you down? Youre fucked!

I have domains with brand names on them. But they are small companies. Apple has deep pockets so its really about your risk management.

Im in Asia, a lot of piracy going on here.Fake Apple merchandise are sold in department stores and no one goes to jail. They just confiscate the merchandise and thats that.

If Im in the US? I most certainly wouldnt risk it.

It depends on your capacity to take risks really.

Technically every digital communication is intercepted by the NSA and sister outcountry networks.

Even the most bulletproof servers are vulnerable to that. Especially since internet communication isnt encrypted.

Learned that from a comicbook :D
